460 IAC 14.1-7-5 Prior authorization

Sec. 5. (a) As set forth in 34 CFR 361.45(d), a participant must have written authorization from the VR program, and the goods or services must be included on their individualized plan for employment before receiving assistance with any vocational rehabilitation goods or services. (b) A participant is responsible for the cost of goods or services received without the written authorization of the VR program.
