460 IAC 14.1-9-2 Employment outcome

Sec. 2. (a) A participant's individualized plan for employment must meet the requirements set forth in 34 CFR 361.46(a)(1). (b) Under 34 CFR 361.56(b), employment not maintained for at least ninety (90) days cannot result in a successful rehabilitation, and therefore cannot be selected as an employment outcome.
