460 IAC 18-18-1 Warranty required

[NOTE: IC 12-9.1 is repealed by P.L. 122-2026, SECTION 38, effective July 1, 2026.] [NOTE: IC 12-10.5 is repealed by P.L. 122-2026, SECTION 51, effective July 1, 2026.] Sec. 1. All applicable services provided to an individual under this rule including, but not limited to: (1) durable medical equipment; (2) personal emergency response system; (3) home modification; and (4) vehicle modifications; shall supply a warranty effective for at least one (1) year from the date of new installation or the date the individual received the new item, whichever is applicable.
