460 IAC 18-2-3 Limitations of article

Sec. 3. Notwithstanding any other provision of this article, no provision of this article shall be interpreted to limit the following:
(1) The statutory requirements of IC 12-10-10 to do the following:
(A) Provide client centered care.
(B) Protect the rights of clients.
(2) The client protections under IC 12-10-11.5.
