460 IAC 18-2-5 Exclusion

Providers of self-directed attendant care services funded under CHOICE are exempt from the rules of this article that are specific to self-directed attendant care services. However, they must continue to comply with the applicable provisions of 455 IAC 1-9 [460 IAC 17-9] and any amendments thereto.
