460 IAC 18-9-6 Prohibition against office in residence of individual

[NOTE: IC 12-9.1 is repealed by P.L. 122-2026, SECTION 38, effective July 1, 2026.] [NOTE: IC 12-10.5 is repealed by P.L. 122-2026, SECTION 51, effective July 1, 2026.] Sec. 6. In the instance where residency is a service, a provider shall not do either of the following: (1) Maintain an office in an individual's residence from which the individual is excluded from: (A) entering; or (B) using equipment contained in the office. (2) Conduct the provider's business operations that are not related to services to the individual in the individual's residence.
