460 IAC 20-11-4 Reports and records

Sec. 4. (a) Service providers shall make reports and maintain records in such form and containing such information as may be required by the Secretary of the United States Department of Education, the office of the secretary of family and social services, and the division. (b) Service providers shall maintain all reports and records, and afford access to those reports and records, as the Secretary of the United States Department of Education, the office of the secretary of family and social services, and the division may find necessary to assure the following: (1) Compliance with the statutes, regulations, and rules directing the implementation of the early intervention system. (2) Correctness and verification of reports.
