170 IAC 7-1.2-9 Availability of service

Sec. 9. Each ETC shall provide at a minimum the supported services outlined at 47 CFR 54.101* or as outlined in the commission order
designating the carrier as an ETC throughout its designated service area to all prospective customers who make a reasonable request for service.
An ETC that is a provider of last resort is required to offer local exchange service as defined at 47 U.S.C. 153(47)* throughout its designated service
area.
