460 IAC 6-10-11 Prohibition against office in residence of individual

Sec. 11. A provider shall not: (1) maintain an office in an individual's residence from which the individual is excluded from entering or from using any or all equipment contained in the office; or (2) conduct the provider's business operations not related to services to the individual in the individual's residence.
