460 IAC 6-18-5 Level 2 clinician standards

Sec. 5. (a) If a behavioral support plan is developed by a Level 2 clinician, the Level 2 clinician shall be supervised by a Level 1 clinician. (b) A Level 1 clinician shall give written approval of all behavioral support plans developed by a Level 2 clinician.
