460 IAC 6-29-1 Environment shall conform to ISP

Sec. 1. A provider designated in the individual's ISP as responsible for providing environmental and living arrangement support for the
individual shall ensure that an individual's physical environment conforms to the requirements of:
(1) the individual's ISP; and
(2) this rule.
