460 IAC 6-3-46 "Residential-based habilitation and support services" defined

Sec. 46. "Residential-based habilitation and support services" means services that are designed to ensure the health, safety, and welfare
of an individual, and assist in the acquisition, improvement, and retention of skills necessary for the individual to live successfully in the individual's
own home.
