105 IAC 16.5-1-21 Fees

Sec. 21. This section applies to the installation of conduit and fiber optic cable in the department's limited access highways. Under 23 CFR 710.403(e)*, effective August 23, 2016, fair market value must be charged for use of the right-of-way. *These documents are incorporated by reference and refer to the regulations effective August 23, 2016.
