465 IAC 2-17-1 Scope and purpose

Sec. 1. (a) Every CPA in the state of Indiana must be licensed by the department in accordance with state law in order for the department to recommend placement of a child with a CPA or pay for the costs of such placement. (b) This rule establishes the procedures the department will use for determining and making maintenance payments to or for foster parents of children placed by the department or a probation department with a CPA for foster care in a licensed foster home and administrative payments to child placing agencies in the state of Indiana.
