465 IAC 2-18-12 "Title IV-E" defined

Sec. 12. "Title IV-E" means the following: (1) Title IV-E of the Social Security Act as codified in 42 U.S.C. 671 et seq. (2) Regulations of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration on Children, Youth and Families (ACYF), applicable to Title IV-E of the Social Security Act, as codified in 45 CFR Part 1355 and 45 CFR Part 1356. (3) Official interpretations of Title IV-E of the Social Security Act and applicable regulations by the federal administering agency, as published in the Child Welfare Policy Manual issued by the Children's Bureau of the ACYF.
