170 IAC 8.5-4-26 Free extension

Sec. 26. A utility, upon written request for service by an applicant, shall extend a main and connect the applicant free of charge to provide the service requested if: (1) the cost of the main extension does not exceed the immediate revenue allowance for the applicant; and (2) the applicant agrees to take service within nine (9) months following the completion date of the main extension.
