465 IAC 2-1.5-21 Care of children; extracurricular activities

Sec. 21. Foster parents shall encourage participation in extracurricular activities that are appropriate to the age and abilities of the child.
All organized activities shall be supervised by:
(1) the foster parents;
(2) another adult caregiver designated by the foster parents; or
(3) the designated group leader.
Foster parents shall encourage the child to take part in community services and activities both with the foster family and individually.
