170 IAC 8.5-4-37 Basis for costs

Sec. 37. If the applicant is required to make any payment, the utility shall, upon request, make the following available to the applicant: (1) The information used to establish the basis for the cost of the main extension. (2) The information used to establish the basis for the estimated annual revenue for a period of three (3) years to be realized by the utility from permanent and continuing customers on main extensions as required by this rule.
