465 IAC 3-1-3 "Administrative law judge" or "ALJ" defined

Sec. 3. "Administrative law judge" or "ALJ" means an individual who is:
(1) an attorney in good standing who is admitted to practice law in Indiana under the rules of the Indiana supreme court;
and
(2) appointed by the director of the department or the director's designee to conduct administrative hearings under this article,
regarding the subject or subjects specified in the appointment.
