470 IAC 10.3-4-5 Lump sum payments

Sec. 5. (a) Money received in the form of a nonrecurring lump sum payment shall be counted as a resource starting in the month received
unless specifically excluded under federal law.
(b) Money received in the form of a recurring lump sum payment shall be deemed as unearned income in the month received unless
specifically excluded from consideration as income under federal law.
