470 IAC 3-18-6 Fire drills

Sec. 6. (a) A provider shall conduct a monthly fire drill in accordance with the rules of the fire prevention and building safety commission
that includes complete evacuation of all children and adults who provide child care in the facility.
(b) The provider shall maintain documentation of all fire drills conducted during the immediately preceding twelve (12) month period,
including the following:
(1) The date and time of the fire drill.
(2) The name of the individual who conducted the fire drill.
(3) The weather conditions at the time of the fire drill.
(4) The amount of time required to fully evacuate the facility.
