470 IAC 3-1.1-20.5 "Substitute educator" defined

Sec. 20.5. As used in this rule, "substitute educator" means a person who meets all the requirements for an employee providing care to children, and supports a child care home for a temporary or an extended period when the usual caregiver is unavailable.
