470 IAC 3-1.1-41 Discipline

Sec. 41. (a) The licensee shall provide the parent or legal guardian with a written copy of the discipline policy of the child care
home.
(b) The following behavior shall be prohibited by all direct child care providers:
(1) Cruel, harsh, or unusual punishment.
(2) Withdrawal or the threat of withdrawal of scheduled meals or snacks, rest, or bathroom opportunities.
