470 IAC 3-1.1-7.4 "Design professional" defined

Sec. 7.4. As used in this rule, "design professional" means:
(1) an architect;
(2) an engineer; or
(3) other professional;
who is approved to file building plans and is qualified to determine if a structure meets the definition of a residential structure.
