470 IAC 3-4.7-148 Special needs program

Sec. 148. (a) The center shall form a resource team that maintains communication regarding the child's special needs and progress that
consists of the following:
(1) Parent.
(2) Child care center director.
(3) Direct caregivers.
(4) Speech pathologists, physical and occupational therapists, educators, and other technical and professional
personnel.
(b) The center shall implement recommendations made by the resource team and incorporate the recommendations into a program plan
for the child.
(c) The center shall review, evaluate, and document all program recommendations from resource persons related to a child's special needs
at least twice a year.
