470 IAC 3-4.7-151 Night care staffing

Sec. 151. (a) There shall be at least two (2) caregivers on duty at all times regardless of the staff to child ratio. (b) Caregivers counted for purposes of meeting staff to child ratio requirements shall be awake at all times.
