50 IAC 26-2-22 "Data processing department" defined

Sec. 22. "Data processing department" means a department or office of a county that has responsibility for the on-site development,
installation, administration, and maintenance of any of the following:
(1) Assessment software.
(2) Tax and billing software.
(3) Property tax management systems.
The term refers to a county department or office that develops and maintains software or systems subject to this article.
