50 IAC 26-2-46 "Tax and billing software" defined

Sec. 46. "Tax and billing software" means all programs used for the taxation and the billing of taxes for real and personal property as
defined in 50 IAC 26-20-8, except the following:
(1) Systems software.
(2) Proprietary database management systems that are not proprietary to the tax and billing software vendor.
