50 IAC 26-7-23 Sale of real property due to delinquent taxes

Sec. 23. Tax and billing software must be able to do the following:
(1) Record all data required to prepare a delinquent list of real property as follows:
(A) According to requirements provided in IC 6-1.1-24.
(B) In the manner prescribed by the following:
(i) The manual for county auditors.
(ii) The manual for county treasurers.
(2) Remove properties from delinquency as follows:
(A) According to requirements provided in IC 6-1.1-24.
(B) In the manner prescribed by the following:
(i) The manual for county auditors.
(ii) The manual for county treasurers.
