511 IAC 10.1-4-1 Applicability

Sec. 1. Beginning with the 2014-2015 school year, each: (1) school corporation; (2) school organized by an interlocal agreement under IC 36-1-7; (3) special education cooperative organized under IC 20-35-5; (4) cooperating school corporation for vocational education organized under IC 20-37-1-1; (5) accredited nonpublic school under 511 IAC 6.1-1-1; and (6) charter school established under IC 20-24-3; may develop and implement a beginning teacher residency program, a beginning building level administrator residency program, or a beginning school services personnel residency program.
