511 IAC 15-6-2 Career and technical education: agriculture

Sec. 2. (a) If the department determines an applicant: (1) meets the requirement of 511 IAC 15-2-1 to be eligible to teach career and technical education: agriculture; (2) has provided proof of at least four thousand (4,000) clock hours of successful employment in agriculture or one thousand five hundred (1,500) clock hours of supervised work in agriculture under an approved teacher education program, or an equivalent combination; and (3) meets all other applicable requirements under this title; the license shall list "career and technical education: agriculture" as a content area. (b) The holder of a license with career and technical education: agriculture is eligible to teach agriculture in the school setting listed on the license.
