511 IAC 18-1-8 Prior certification

Sec. 8. (a) A permit that is valid on the first day of school in the school in which the permit holder is employed is considered valid for the duration of that school year. (b) The holder of an educational interpreter certification issued under prior rules is subject to the renewal requirements of section 6 of this rule.
