511 IAC 1-6-1 Definitions

Sec. 1. The following definitions apply throughout this rule:
(1) "Curriculum offering" means an academic or vocational course offered for credit. The term does not include noncredit,
extracurricular activities such as athletics or school clubs.
(2) "Transferee" means the school corporation to which a transfer is requested or granted.
(3) "Transferor" means the school corporation in which the student has legal settlement, as provided by IC 20-26-
11.
