511 IAC 7-32-22 "Day" defined

Sec. 22. (a) "Day" means a calendar day unless otherwise indicated as a business day or instructional day.
(b) "Business day" means Monday through Friday, except for federal and state holidays unless holidays are specifically included in the
designation of business days as in 511 IAC 7-34-10(g)(1)(B).
(c) "Instructional day" means any day or part of a day that students are expected to be in attendance.
