512 IAC 5-6-3 Exiting the program

Note: IC 20-19-6.2 repealed by P.L. 214-2025 SECTION 34, effective July 1, 2025. Sec. 3. Any school that no longer wishes to participate in the program shall notify the department no later than April 1. The department shall update the department's list of family friendly schools to reflect the school's withdrawal from the program at the end of the school year during which the department receives notice.
