[NOTE: IC 20-20 is repealed by P.L. 74-2026, SECTION 36, effective July 1, 2026.] Sec. 14. "Prevention and conflict deescalation training" means training that is provided broadly to school staff on how to prevent, defuse, and deescalate potential behavioral crisis situations without physical contact between a school employee and a student.
