513 IAC 1-1-24 "Volunteer" defined

Sec. 24. "Volunteer" means a person who is eighteen (18) years of age or older, has regular and direct contact with students, and donates
time, energy, or talent to various phases of school programs under the direction and permission of school district personnel for which the person
does not receive monetary compensation.
