513 IAC 1-2-3 Use of behavior intervention and support

Sec. 3. A school shall use prevention, positive behavior intervention and support, and conflict deescalation strategies to eliminate or
minimize the need for the use of any of the following:
(1) Seclusion.
(2) Chemical restraint.
(3) Mechanical restraint.
(4) Physical restraint.
