52 IAC 4-6-1 Place of hearing

Sec. 1. (a) In the discretion of the board, hearings will be held in:
(1) Indianapolis; or
(2) the county in which the property subject to the appeal is located.
(b) A hearing may be held in a location mutually agreeable to the board and the parties.
