210 IAC 8-6-23 Sexual harassment or discrimination

Sec. 23. (a) Written policy, procedure, and practice ensure juveniles are not subjected to sexual harassment or to discrimination based on
the following:
(1) Race.
(2) Religion.
(3) National origin.
(4) Gender.
(5) Sexual orientation.
(6) Disability.
(7) Political views.
(b) This is a mandatory standard.
