210 IAC 8-6-41 Sexual conduct within the facility

Sec. 41. (a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that sexual conduct between juveniles and: (1) staff; (2) volunteers; and (3) contract personnel; is prohibited and subject to administrative and criminal disciplinary sanctions. (b) This is a mandatory standard.
