210 IAC 8-6-44 Victim reporting sexual abuse

Sec. 44. (a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that juveniles who are victims of sexual abuse have the option to report the
incident to any staff member other than an immediate point of contact line staff member.
(b) This is a mandatory standard.
