646 IAC 5-10-16 Recording hearings; transcripts

Sec. 16. All evidence introduced into the record at any hearing before an administrative law judge or the review board shall be preserved. All oral evidence shall be electronically recorded. Hearing recordings shall not be transcribed unless a review board decision is appealed to the Indiana court of appeals, and the transcript becomes a necessary part of the administrative record on appeal.
