646 IAC 5-10-3 Location of administrative hearings

Sec. 3. All hearings held before an administrative law judge shall be held by telephone, unless otherwise directed by the commissioner, the commissioner's designee, or the administrative law judge having jurisdiction over the case, or as otherwise provided in this article.
