646 IAC 5-10-8 Decision of administrative law judge
Cite as Ind. Admin. Code tit. 646, r. 5-10-8
Sec. 8. The decision of an administrative law judge shall contain conclusions of law that are supported by specific findings of fact. The
decision shall be:
(1) in writing;
(2) electronically signed by the administrative law judge; and
(3) sent to:
(A) the named parties; and
(B) their designated representatives or attorneys.
