240 IAC 10-2-1 Criminal history fee

Sec. 1. (a) Fees for criminal history shall be reviewed and approved by the Enhanced Data Access Review Committee. (b) The fee for a national criminal history report is set at twenty-one dollars and seventy-five cents ($21.75) for a state employee. (c) The fee for a national criminal history report for an applicant is thirty-six dollars and seventy-five cents ($36.75). (d) The fee for a national criminal history report for a volunteer is thirty-four dollars and seventy-five cents ($34.75). (e) The fee for a limited criminal history is fifteen dollars ($15).
