675 IAC 14-4.4-31 Section R322.1.4; establishing the design flood elevation

Sec. 31. Change the text of SECTION R322.1.4 to read as follows: The design flood elevation is the base flood elevation, which has a one (1) percent (100 year flood) or greater chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year, plus two (2) feet (610 mm).
