675 IAC 14-4.4-33 Section R322.1.4.2; determination of impacts

Sec. 33. Change the text of SECTION R322.1.4.2 to read as follows: In riverine flood hazard areas where base flood elevations are specified and the upstream drainage area is greater than one square mile, but floodways have not been designated, the effect of the proposed buildings and structures on base flood elevations, including fill, when combined with all other existing and anticipated flood hazard area encroachments, may not increase the base flood elevation more than 0.15 feet (46 mm) at any point within the jurisdiction.
