Sec. 73. Change the text of ITEM 2 of SECTION R602.10.9 to read as follows:
2. The capacity of raised floor system post or pier foundations supporting braced wall panels to transmit lateral loads through the floor
system and into the foundation shall be designed in accordance with accepted engineering practice.
