675 IAC 14-4.4-89 Section N1101.5; construction documents

Sec. 89. Delete SECTION N1101.5 and SECTION N1101.5.1 and substitute to read as follows: SECTION N1101.5 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. Energy conservation construction documents shall be submitted for Class 1 structures as required by the General Administrative Rules (675 IAC 12-6) and for Class 2 structures as required by local ordinance.
